Before joining the WTO Expertise Center, Evgenia worked as the head of division at St. Petersburg International Legal Forum. She coordinated the organization of various international events. For her achievements and dedication she was awarded an honorary diploma by the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation.
Evgenia graduated from St. Petersburg State University (Master of Arts, International Trading System), Trenčín A. Dubček University in Slovakia (Master of Science, Quality Management), Izhevsk State Technical University (Bachelor of science, System Analysis and Management).
Evgenia’s professional interests include protection of intellectual property rights, international technology transfer and WTO dispute settlement practice.
Evgenia has several scientific publications in the conference proceedings of St. Petersburg State University and Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice. She also completed internship programmes at the WTO and UNCTAD, as well as the summer school on intellectual property law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
